Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, errors in the price list, and discrepancies in prices due to incorrect information.
Right of Withdrawal
When you make a purchase on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which starts from the date you receive an ordered item.
5.1When using your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you are withdrawing. The message should be sent to us at kontakta@adamaswear.com.In your message, include your name, address, email address, order number, and specify the items for the return. You will receive the return address in response to your contact.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund, at an amount of €7.9. When returning the products, they should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund equal to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the item if it has been used or damaged.

Complaints, Warranty, and Complaints
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the defect at no cost.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be submitted as soon as the defect is discovered.
6.1How to proceed with complaints and warranties:
Any defects and faults must always be reported to kontakta@adamaswear.com or submitted via our contact form. In the complaint, include your name, address, email address, order number, a picture of the product, and a description of the defect.
If we cannot rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.
