  1. Order
  • Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all the details about products, prices, billing and delivery addresses.
  • If there is an issue with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at kontakta@adamaswear.com.
  1. Delivery
  • Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days. 
  • If there are any delays in delivery (without prior notice of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: kontakta@adamaswear.com.
  • Deliverys can be delayed when there is is high order income such as Black Week, Christmas, different campains etc.
  1. Prices
  • All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, errors in the price list, and discrepancies in prices due to incorrect information.
  1. Right of Withdrawal
  • When you make a purchase on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which starts from the date you receive an ordered item.

    5.1 When using your right of withdrawal:
  • You must notify us that you are withdrawing. The message should be sent to us at kontakta@adamaswear.com. In your message, include your name, address, email address, order number, and specify the items for the return. You will receive the return address in response to your contact.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund, at an amount of €7.9. When returning the products, they should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund equal to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the item if it has been used or damaged.

    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the sealing has been broken by you.
  • Products with the character of sealed audio or video recordings where the sealing has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products, tailored specifically to your requests and with a clear personal touch.
  • Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly agreed to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.
  • Items that may deteriorate quickly, such as food.
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

  1. Complaints, Warranty, and Complaints
  • We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the defect at no cost.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint should be submitted as soon as the defect is discovered.

    6.1 How to proceed with complaints and warranties:
  • Any defects and faults must always be reported to kontakta@adamaswear.com or submitted via our contact form. In the complaint, include your name, address, email address, order number, a picture of the product, and a description of the defect.
  • If we cannot rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it is found that the item is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, we follow the guidelines of the General Complaints Board (ARN), see arn.se.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We do not accept responsibility for indirect damages that may arise as a result of the product.
  • We do not accept responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers, and other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products' appearance, as there may be variations in color depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

      10.4.1 Payment Provider

If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number is also stored by the payment provider. The information is stored to facilitate the purchase and protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers we use are Klarna, PayPal, and Credit Card Payment.

    • To deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The shared information includes first name, last name, and delivery address details. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes. The shipping companies we work with are Postnord.

    • If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use MailChimp for newsletter distribution.
